Question on replacing interior wood and carpet on a lund

The bass boat people somtimes use 3/8" or 1/2" ply in those fancy f/glass boats. my old ranger has that thin stuff in it's deck. in my tin boats and all my wood boats i use 3/4". you'd probable better use what the boat came with. i had a lund 14' for awhile. great boat too.. We seriously looked at new boats and seen what they cost and thought that’s a hell of a lot of money. you tore our 1985 lund boat down to the aluminum shell and totally re-did the whole thing from the decals, to a new vinyl floor and carpet.. I have serious rot in the plywood floor of my 17 ft. lund alum. fishing boat. it will need to be totally replaced, and i plan to do it myself..
