Jetstar do not take fve kilos off you, your surfboard is included in the 20kg allowance. obviously if you are overweight you will be charged accordingly. also remember that jetsar limit the size of surfboards you can take. it's 2 metres and that includes the length of your surf bag.. Where possible, remove surfboard fins and store in an enclosed compartment in the bag or tape to the board. surfboards, (including the surfboard bag), must not exceed 1.9 metres for jetstar flights operated by an a320, a321 or b737 aircraft, and 2.77 meters for jetstar flights operated by an a330 or 787** aircraft.. If you have too, you can park along the streets near vinoy park, and have one person drive the boat over to pickup the person driving the car. a little trouble, but at least you are right there. this is one of the most central boat ramps to the center of tampa bay, and it takes about 20 minutes on a calm day to cruise down to the skyway bridge..
